This is a specification for a future WordPress/Elementor enquiry page. It intentionally does not accept or send submissions.

Suggested visitor-facing fields

1. Full name (required)
2. Work email (required)
3. Organisation / professional role (optional)
4. Enquiry category: Enterprise transformation; Executive leadership; Applied AI workflow; Speaking / collaboration; Other
5. Brief description of the enquiry (required, limited length)
6. Consent checkbox acknowledging your privacy notice (required)

Anti-spam controls required before publishing

1. Use a reputable WordPress form plugin with server-side validation and spam protection.
2. Enable Cloudflare Turnstile or equivalent CAPTCHA, and a honeypot field.
3. Enable rate limiting / WAF rules and block automated submissions at the server.
4. Use email verification or moderation if spam persists; never auto-publish messages.
5. Set up domain-authenticated mail delivery and test notification delivery.
6. Provide a privacy notice, retention period, and avoid collecting sensitive data.
7. Test genuine submissions and spam simulations before linking from the public website.

Important: No form can promise zero spam. Keep the enquiry page disabled if acceptable spam volume cannot be achieved.
